Job Summary

Coordinate patient flow, triage, and direct care for the Heart Failure Device Team, managing patients with pulmonary artery pressure monitoring devices and advanced heart failure therapies. Review transmitted data, communicate clinical findings, and coordinate interventions with the provider team while supporting physician clinic sessions. Evaluate patients for implantable therapies, organize testing and specialty consultations, and ensure families understand treatment plans and medication instructions. Document assessments and progress in the EMR, manage high-risk patient registries, and maintain patient confidentiality across hospital admissions, discharges, and ER visits.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN)
  • Multi-State - State Board of Nursing
  • Current active multistate state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • High School Graduate
  • Bachelor Degree Nursing
  • 2 or more years RN experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Agree to the health-system-dispute-resolution-program.pdf
  • Sign the agreement to the DRP

Desired Qualifications

  • TUKHS Ambulatory Clinic LPN with 4 years of TUKHS experience
  • Previous medical office experience
