Ambulatory Care Nurse - Women's Health - Garden City

Conduct comprehensive ambulatory care for women's health patients, including physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and administering medications such as IV therapy and vaccinations. Perform procedures like wound care, catheter management, and suture removal while assessing patient responses to treatments and anesthesia. Collect and document clinical history, interpret lab results, and provide health education and counseling to patients and families. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers, manage patient triage, and oversee licensed practical nurses and medical assistants to support patient flow. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality initiatives, and safety standards while maintaining electronic health records.
