Ambulatory Care Nurse - Peds - Garden City

Conduct comprehensive ambulatory care for pediatric patients, including physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and wound care. Administer medications, IV therapy, and oxygen while performing procedures such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and suture removal. Collect health histories, document data in electronic records, and triage clinical concerns via phone or in-person. Collaborate with providers to develop patient-centered care plans, monitor treatment responses, and educate families on treatment results and health promotion. Manage clinical in-baskets, report critical lab values, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow and quality outcomes.
