Ambulatory Care Nurse - NYU Langone Women's Health - Valley Stream

Conduct comprehensive ambulatory care for women's health patients, including physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and administering medications such as IV therapy, vaccinations, and oxygen. Perform procedures like wound care, catheter management, and suture removal while monitoring patient responses to treatments and anesthesia. Collect and document clinical history, interpret lab results, and provide triage for clinical concerns. Develop patient-centered care plans that prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes through health teaching, counseling, and rehabilitation guidance. Collaborate with licensed providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety initiatives.
