Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) - Manhattan, Neurology-Move Disor

Conduct comprehensive ambulatory care for patients, including physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and administration of medications and IV therapy. Perform wound care, triage, and minor procedures while monitoring patient responses to treatments and anesthesia. Collect and document clinical history, assess health status, and develop patient-centered care plans with interdisciplinary providers. Manage electronic health records, relay critical lab values, and provide health education and counseling to patients and families. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality initiatives, and patient safety standards while supporting nursing staff and optimizing patient flow.
