Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) - Manhattan, Interventional Radiology

Conduct comprehensive ambulatory care in Interventional Radiology, including administering medications, IV therapy, wound care, and performing onsite diagnostic tests like EKGs and phlebotomy. Perform physical examinations, collect health histories, and document data in electronic health records. Provide patient education on test results and treatment plans, while assessing and monitoring responses to procedures and anesthesia. Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, manage clinical policies, and ensure compliance with quality initiatives and patient safety standards. Escalate urgent findings to providers and triage clinical concerns via phone or in-person.
