Job Summary
Conduct intraoperative anesthesia administration with continuous vital sign monitoring and titration for cases in colorectal, GI, bariatrics, ENT, urology, spine, ophthalmology, and orthopedics. Formulate anesthetic plans for surgical and diagnostic care while supervising certified anesthetists. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administration to deliver safe, up-to-date patient care across five Orlando Surgery Center locations. Teach student anesthetists, residents, and fellows. Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies and attend departmental meetings. Work Monday through Friday only with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O.
- completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Anesthesiology Residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Must hold or be able to obtain active Florida medical license prior to start
- Not a J-1 sponsored position
- Must be able to obtain active Florida medical license prior to start
