Job Summary
Conduct acute psychiatric crisis assessments at the control room and deliver intensive home treatment visits to clients in the community. Evaluate situations with colleagues to determine care needs, formulate treatment and reporting plans, and provide direct guidance while prioritizing admission avoidance or shortening stays. Coordinate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to manage caseloads, adhering to acute psychiatry standards and the IHT method. Maintain flexibility for evening, night, and weekend shifts within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-afgestudeerde VPK
- Afgestudeerde post-hbo SPV met BIG-registratie
- Afgeronde master Psychologie (bijvoorbeeld klinische psychologie)
- Goed in het plannen van jouw afwisselende werkzaamheden
- Flexibel inzetbaar voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten
- Affiniteit met de acute psychiatrie
- Een gezonde dosis lef
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
