Manage your caseload and make careful assessments for clients, their families, and colleagues, coordinating with other disciplines as needed. Treat and guide clients with psychiatric and/or addiction problems, primarily in the client's home or a polyclinical setting. Evaluate and diagnose clients, arrange care deployment, and contribute to treatment plans while involving the client and their network. Intervene in crisis situations and participate in multidisciplinary meetings with chain partners. Invest in your own development through offered courses and training. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team at Arkin, a large mental health institution with 11 specialisms.
