Ambulant Hulpverlener Autisme

Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with families and behavioral scientists, then deliver therapy directly in clients' homes while ensuring content quality and continuity. Manage client files and maintain contact networks with all relevant parties involved in the care process. Provide treatment and guidance to children and adolescents aged 0–18 with autism spectrum diagnoses and their support systems, focusing on parent-child relationships and family functioning. Work solo across the Westelijke Mijnstreek, Parkstad, and Maastricht Heuvelland regions, with a schedule of 32–36 hours per week.
