Job Summary
Coordinate and provide ambulant and outreach treatment for clients with complex psychiatric and psychosocial problems, focusing on personality disorders within the AMBIT framework. Deliver individual and group therapy, psycho-education to clients and their networks, and establish signal plans. Collaborate with the team on treatment plans, crisis intervention, and policy development while supporting clients in regulating emotions and understanding behavior through mentalization techniques. Work 36 hours weekly between 8:30 and 17:00, with Wednesday meetings mandatory, within a new MBT-based team at Mentrum.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO studie in de richting GGZ-agoog, SPH of MWD/Social Work
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
- Een teamspeler bent die bereid is een stapje extra te zetten én op je handen kan zitten als dat nodig is
- Goed tegen stress kunt en niet bang bent om feedback te geven of te krijgen
- Stevig in je schoenen staat, positief ingesteld bent en introspectief bent
- Ruimte heeft voor creativiteit, flexibiliteit, interesse en nieuwsgierigheid
- Een contract voor 24-32 uur
- De dagen zijn bespreekbaar met als uitgangspunt de dagelijkse minimale bezetting, de woensdag is een vereiste i.v.m. de noodzakelijke vergaderingen en intervisie
- Werktijden zijn van 8.30-17.00 uur
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met de MBT methodiek is niet vereist, maar de motivatie om je er (verder) in te ontwikkelen wel
- Ervaring met MBT en/of DGT (Dialectische Gedrags Techniek) is een pré
