Ambulance Dispatcher - FT - Danbury

Receive incoming calls from customers, prioritize, and dispatch to completion while maintaining two-way radio communication with field staff. Evaluate potential problems from phone calls or computer-aided dispatch management systems, book and document all emergent and non-emergent requests, and relay service requests to appropriate resources. Track and strategically deploy transportation resources using CAD equipment, verify scheduled trips for the next day, and maintain situational awareness to notify administration of high-impact community events. Fulfill all compliance responsibilities and contribute to continuous performance improvement activities.
