Lead the shrink agenda and drive shopfloor standards across the Ambient department by planning trading activity, ensuring product availability, and landing promotional briefs on time. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment
- Operational knowledge on food or non-food departments
- Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience
- Strong organisational skills
- Great customer service
