Job Summary
Ambassador role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during evening hours (7 PM–1 AM) in Pittsburgh. Responsibilities include processing cash, credit, check, and validation transactions, using a cash register and radio, documenting all transactions per policy, organizing and accounting for cash received, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace. Requirements include entry-level experience, proficiency in English (spoken and written), ability to pass a criminal background check, ability to sit for extended periods and walk short distances, and the ability to operate a computer and cash register. Must be at least 18, able to smile during customer interactions, maintain uniform standards, and adhere to attendance policies.
