Ambassador

Ambassador role for Skin Clique, a national aesthetics practice, designed for clinicians ready to contribute beyond their clinical panel by providing leadership across mentorship, education, network visibility, and operational/marketing activities within the Skin Clique network. Role combines ~25 hours of clinical production with ~15 hours of Ambassador responsibilities weekly, with a guaranteed base salary and tiered commission on core aesthetic services (tox, filler, skincare, microneedling, chemical peels). The position involves formal leadership within the network, opportunities to select a specialty track aligned to strengths and network needs, and a path for growth within the organization. Compensation includes a $50,000 guaranteed base salary (approx. $70/hour) plus earnings from an independent contractor agreement, with benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k), unlimited PTO, and access to exclusive training opportunities. Requires commitment to expanding practice and contributing across marketing, operations, clinical, and financial opportunities. Remote work is offered. Availability for a full 40-hour W2 week is expected, with both clinical production and Ambassador responsibilities.
