Job Summary
Engage with travelers to pitch CLEAR benefits, convert interactions into membership enrollments, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to strict security protocols for document verification. Drive daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, quickly pivoting between product offerings based on customer needs and operational priorities. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, standing for up to eight hours per day while completing required airport and government security screening processes. This role supports CLEAR's mission of creating frictionless travel experiences for its 30+ million members across airports, stadiums, and mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening eligibility
