Job Summary
Engage with travelers to pitch CLEAR benefits and convert interactions into membership enrollments. Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries and creating memorable experiences for members and potential customers. Follow strict security protocols, including verifying airline documents and confirming traveler identification. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques. Demonstrate adaptability by quickly pivoting between product offerings based on customer needs and operational priorities. Requires high school diploma, ability to stand for eight hours, and open availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening eligibility
