Job Summary
Engage with travelers, pitch CLEAR membership benefits, and convert interactions into enrollments while delivering top-tier service. Verify airline documents, confirm traveler identification, and strictly adhere to security protocols and safety procedures. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques. Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs and operational priorities. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, with the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Complete all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility and potential federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening eligibility
