Job Summary
Engage with travelers to pitch CLEAR benefits and convert interactions into membership enrollments while delivering top-tier service. Verify airline documents, confirm traveler identification, and adhere strictly to security protocols and safety procedures. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques. Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs and operational priorities. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours per day, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and completion of federal security screening processes including SIDA badge eligibility. CLEAR connects millions of members to frictionless travel experiences across airports, stadiums, and mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening eligibility
