Job Summary
Engage travelers at airport checkpoints to pitch CLEAR benefits and convert interactions into membership enrollments. Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries and creating memorable experiences for members and potential customers. Verify airline documents and confirm traveler identification while strictly adhering to all security protocols and safety procedures. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques, demonstrating adaptability to pivot between product offerings based on customer needs and operational priorities. Requires high school diploma, ability to stand for up to eight hours, and flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. Must complete federal security screening processes including SIDA badge eligibility and potentially SF-85 adjudication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
- Federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening eligibility
