Job Summary
Housing Ambassador (Part-time, on-call) on the Five Keys Home Free project in San Francisco. Duties include ensuring safety and well-being of residents during overnight, swing, weekends/holidays; responding to emergencies; de-escalation and crisis intervention; maintaining logs; coordinating with the Program Manager; engaging residents in activities; ensuring compliance with house rules; attending staff meetings and trainings; may facilitate groups/workshops; requires strong interpersonal/organizational skills and experience with diverse populations. Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED or in progress; First Aid/CPR preferred. Must wear PPE and operate in a women-only program; shift-based responsibilities with variable hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or actively pursuing diploma
- Prior paid experience with homeless populations using harm-reduction models
