Job Summary
Greet guests, verify tickets for pool and concert venue entry, and manage orderly flow at the Wawyé Oasis. Assist with event setup, address inquiries about current and future events, and help guests obtain eTix from kiosks. Handle cash transactions, run the register, and manage the register bank for all charges and comps collected. Maintain accurate cash handling and blind drop procedures while ensuring all guest interactions are professional and courteous. Remain alert for emergencies, communicate with security, and participate in required drills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in an entertainment or recreational setting
- Must hold/maintain certification with Alcohol Awareness (TIPS)
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment
- Must have the ability to access all properties and areas
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Ability to read, write, and input data into the computer
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization
- The pre-employment process also requires the ability to pass a criminal background investigation, and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic ticketing systems and kiosks
