Job Summary
Beauty Sales & Education Ambassador (Freelance) for Tatcha in the Greater Denver Metro Area. Educate Sephora/Ulta sales associates on Tatcha skincare and sales techniques, drive store sales within the territory to meet targets, build strong store-level relationships, and manage store-level inventory in accordance with Sephora/Ulta procedures. Coordinate with the Account Executive to schedule calendars and communicate stock issues. Requires 2+ years in prestige beauty/retail, Sephora/Ulta experience, valid driver’s license with vehicle access, and availability for weekends/evenings/holidays. Part-time weekly hours (10-15) Friday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment
- Sephora and/or Ulta experience a must
- Must have a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
- Strong sales and education skills in a retail environment
- Experience developing in-store relationships with beauty advisors (BAs)
- Able to report sales and be results-oriented
- Availability includes some weekends, evenings, and holidays
