Job Summary
Ambassador at Flight Club (Front of House) delivers a high-quality guest experience with an engaging personality in an energetic, upscale gaming environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating, guiding guests to their location, hosting and assisting in tournament play, building rapport, and assisting with reservations and communication with the sales team. The role requires product knowledge, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and the ability to troubleshoot venue technology and equipment. Candidates should be able to work in a high-volume hospitality setting, pass all required exams related to food/beverage training, hold current food handlers and alcohol certifications, and be authorized to work in the United States. Required Qualifications
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
- Authorized to legally work in the US
