Job Summary
Ambassador for the Chattanooga Parking Authority responsible for tagging illegally parked vehicles, patrolling streets and lots on foot, assisting the public, identifying improperly parked vehicles, and initiating towing or booting procedures. Uses a handheld ticket writing device, takes photos as part of the process, checks meters for proper functioning, and may work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be able to walk long distances (8–14 miles daily) and communicate effectively; ability to read signs and exercise initiative and sound judgment in varying conditions.
