Job Summary
Receive and prepare inventory for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders for drivers. Transport and stage packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Utilize smartphones and handheld devices to sort and prepare orders accurately. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Navigate environments with moving machines, stairs, and heights up to 40 feet on mezzanines. Wear closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear as required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Receive truck deliveries
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
