Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages from truck deliveries to vans. Build, wrap, and sort orders while following instructions in English and viewing prompts on screens. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles, performing physical tasks like standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Lift up to 49 pounds and navigate stairs where applicable. Complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
