Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into delivery bags and vans. Transport and stage deliveries to drivers while building, wrapping, and moving pallets using carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Operate technology like smartphones and handheld devices to process customer packages received from trucks. Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and equipment, requiring physical activity including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
