Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into bags and vans. Transport and build pallets while using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items around. Scan and prepare orders using smartphones and handheld devices before loading them onto delivery vans. Work in a climate-controlled environment with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90°F, operating around moving vehicles and equipment. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, while lifting up to 49 pounds. Go up and down stairs where applicable, wearing required protective safety footwear and closed-toe shoes.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
