Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages from truck deliveries to vans. Build, wrap, and sort orders while operating around moving equipment in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, while lifting up to 49 pounds. Go up and down stairs where applicable, view prompts on screens to follow directions, and work in a team environment with daily safety tips.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
