Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging items for drivers, and operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move goods. Scan orders using smartphones and handheld devices to sort, wrap, and transport pallets and packages into delivery bags and vans. Process truck deliveries of customer packages while navigating environments with varying temperatures and moving vehicles. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, with a requirement to lift up to 49 pounds and climb stairs where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
