Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers using carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Scan and sort orders into delivery bags and vans using smartphones and handheld devices while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Process truck deliveries of customer packages and operate around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching while lifting up to 49 pounds. Navigate stairs where applicable and work in climate-controlled environments ranging from below freezing to above 90°F.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
