Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders via handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries, build, wrap, and sort pallets and packages while operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Work in climate-controlled facilities with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90°F, navigating moving vehicles and varying conditions. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs while lifting up to 49 pounds. Choose from early morning, overnight, full-time, reduced-time, part-time, or flex-time schedules with overtime opportunities based on demand.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
