Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks, while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Operate in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Work in climate-controlled facilities ranging from 60°F to 90°F, with some areas reaching below freezing or exceeding 90°F on extreme days. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, while lifting up to 49 pounds and navigating stairs where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
