Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders via handheld devices, and staging them for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Handle truck deliveries of customer packages and follow on-screen prompts to direct tasks. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and noise levels while operating around mobile equipment. Perform physical activities including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
