Job Summary
Amazon Picker Packer at an Amazon Delivery Station: perform active, fast-paced warehouse tasks to prepare packages for delivery, including loading and sorting items, building and transporting pallets, using handheld devices to scan and sort orders, and working across flexible shifts (including early morning and overnight) in a temperature-controlled, safety-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Receive and prepare packages for delivery
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Receive truck deliveries of customer packages
- Shift Options: Early Morning and Overnight hours
- Weekly Hours: Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week)
