Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into delivery bags and vans. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while following prompts on screens to move items around. Operate in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles, performing tasks that include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Shifts include early morning, overnight, full-time, reduced-time, part-time, or flex-time options. On-the-job training occurs during the first few days.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
