Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into delivery bags and vans. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while operating around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Build, wrap, and sort customer packages received via truck deliveries before they are picked up by drivers. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, with a requirement to lift up to 49 pounds. Navigate stairs where applicable and work in climate-controlled environments ranging from below freezing to above 90°F. Follow instructions on screens and smartphones to complete daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
