Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into delivery bags and vans. Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around. Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. Receive truck deliveries of customer packages and transport them to drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
