Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders with handheld devices, and staging deliveries for drivers. Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while moving items around the facility. Handle truck deliveries of customer packages and navigate environments with varying temperatures and moving vehicles. Work in climate-controlled areas ranging from below freezing to over 90°F, operating around mobile equipment and rolling cages.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
