Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts and staging orders for drivers. Scan, sort, and build delivery bags using smartphones and handheld devices. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while moving around trucks and stairs. Work in climate-controlled environments with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90°F. Operate moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages while following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
