Job Summary
Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate at the La Crosse, KS location. Responsible for receiving and preparing packages for delivery, building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages, and using smartphones/handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. Work involves loading conveyor belts, transporting deliveries to be picked up by drivers, and operating around moving equipment in climate-controlled facilities. Shift options include Early Morning and Overnight hours with Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), and Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week); schedules can be Fixed or Flexible, with potential overtime. Training is provided on-the-job, with upskilling and tuition support opportunities. Safety gear, protective footwear, and welcome benefits exist, along with Anytime Pay for eligible groups. Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
