Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while receiving truck deliveries. Work in climate-controlled facilities with temperatures ranging from below freezing to above 90°F, operating around moving equipment in a noisy environment. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching while lifting up to 49 pounds. Go up and down stairs where applicable, wearing closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select areas. Complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
