Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and build delivery bags and vans. Operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages while following screen prompts. Handle truck deliveries of customer orders and work in climate-controlled environments with varying temperatures. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
