Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while operating in environments with moving vehicles and varying temperatures. Work in climate-controlled facilities ranging from below freezing to above 90°F, utilizing protective gear and hearing protection as needed. Shifts include early morning, overnight, and flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time. On-the-job training occurs during the first few days, followed by transition to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
