Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages from truck deliveries to vans. Build, wrap, and sort orders into delivery bags while following instructions in English and viewing prompts on screens. Lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, navigating environments with varying temperatures and moving vehicles. Go up and down stairs where applicable while operating equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
