Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts and staging orders for drivers. Scan and sort items using handheld devices to load them into delivery bags and vans. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while navigating stairs and varying temperatures. Operate in a fast-paced environment with moving vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and following on-screen instructions. Complete initial on-the-job training before transitioning to your selected schedule, which may include early morning, overnight, or flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
