Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, transporting items, and staging orders for drivers. Scan and sort packages using smartphones and handheld devices to prepare them for vans. Build, wrap, and transport pallets while managing truck deliveries of customer packages. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures, operating around moving equipment while following safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
