Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders for drivers, and using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to transport items. Scan and sort orders into delivery bags and vans using smartphones and handheld devices, while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Process truck deliveries of customer packages and follow on-screen prompts for tasks. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and equipment, requiring standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Go up and down stairs where applicable. Complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
