Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning, and staging orders into delivery bags and vans. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while operating technology like smartphones and handheld devices. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and equipment, requiring physical activity such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Shifts include early morning, overnight, full-time, reduced-time, part-time, and flex-time options with overtime opportunities based on customer demand. Onboarding training occurs during the first few days, followed by transition to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
